Challenges

Customer loyalty - a challenge for most of us
Consumers of products and services are changing their buying habits over time, in an ever faster pace – new technology, new competition and new generations are only some of the factors that drive these changes. A satisfied customer is no longer equivalent to a loyal customer. We recognize a pattern in customers that are increasingly evaluating options provided by the market on an ongoing basis. We believe that understanding and adapting to a constantly changing customer logic is a crucial and highly critical capability for a business.
Whether we at Assessio collaborate with a business within the private or the public sector, we recognize a common desire to provide more value for the customers than the competition . The businesses that we have worked with over the years are driven by a genuine desire for satisfied customers but also by a marked fighting spirit and the desire to be a central player in their field - to be the best option.

It is not the strongest or smartest who survive, but those who are best able to change
There are some common denominators regarding businesses which are more successful in attracting and keeping their customers than their competitors, by means of their added value. Generally speaking, they are good at anticipating and adapting to new customer needs, and they are able to initiate and implement change  to a greater extent than their competitors. These may seem to be obvious phenomena within an organization, but in fact they are far from easy to master. After all, why do these factors present such a major challenge to many businesses?

The importance and the difficulty of  aligning the workforce in an organization
Our customers keep talking about great challenges in creating consensus and coordination among the strong forces within their business, in terms of how to move forward, about aims, priorities, strategy, values and so on – the business seems to disperse into different directions.

Competence shortage and the war for talent
Other major challenges are finding good leaders, talents that are able to grow together with the business, and employees with the potential to adapt in times of demanding changes.  Challenges also exist in developing business critical skills and creating learning organizations with the ability to integrate knowledge into processes and systems.

Finding the key to motivation and commitment
Finally, there are challenges in finding the key to what really motivates and engages employees. To foster commitment how do we implement the right development opportunities, a suitable reward system and feedback environment, a culture that engages, a leadership that stimulates and a set of values that reflects the employees' deeper driving forces.

What we do
Our ambition is to enable our customers' success. We collaborate with our customers in times of demanding changes, as they are faced with high ambitions and challenging strategies which require that the organization starts acting in a different way.
