Developing the management team

Developing the management team

Leadership development is often focused on developing the leadership competence of individual leaders, in a team or in an organization. Organizations rarely try to develop the work of executives in groups. A strong, unified group of executives that is able to change constitutes a possible competitive advantage. The goal is to create more efficient management groups with clearer roles and responsibilities, mutual trust and a clear mandate.

By analyzing the members of the management team at an individual and group level,  we are able to highlight the strengths and development areas individually and as a  group, and identify future challenges.. This allows everyone to  understand how they can develop themselves in the best way possible for the team, and what is expected of them as a member of the management team

This work aims in particular at strengthening the work of the management team and creating a clearer communication among the participants, but is also a basis for future recruitment to the group. A strong management team will work more  effectively, more creatively, and communicate more effectively in the management team and in the organization.
